SinStories.app, ay? This one is for the creative folk who want to come up with something unique, but don’t have the time or patience to sit down and write a whole ass story from scratch. The ones whose hearts resemble a rain dog, completely washed and eager for a fantasy that will spark up the flame of desire within them. I belong with you lot. Heck, that’s why I began writing reviews to begin with! I wanted to share my voice, to express myself in the dirtiest way possible, to take up the torch Bukowski left and soak it with my cum. All so the horny bunch of the internet could find the best porn sites in a few short seconds. And now… I’m passing on to you SinStories, where every story is personalized to you, fully private, without any judgement or sneaky strings attached. It’s a safe space y’all! Just dump your ideas in the quirky little describe your plot box and watch the AI do its thing.
Let me let you in on a little secret: My inspiration for crafting prose stems from a variety of literary influences… from Chuck Palahniuk all the way to niche Japanese light novel writers. And sprinkle in a little Tumblr erotica in there… I steal the broken-glass sentences from Palahniuk, the endless internal monologues from those light novels that somehow turn buying a sandwich into a three-chapter emotional crisis, and the nasty shit that used to live in the darker corners of Tumblr before the purge. And now, I’ll feed the whole messy cocktail to whatever clanker is currently writing the AI smut on SinStories and end up jerking off to at three in the morning. Oh boy… I can’t wait to see what comes out of it.
Tips To Craft A Steamy Encounter
I’m going balls deep into this from the start! You see, SinStories keeps things ultra simple! They give you only TWO options to play around with: Story mode and Interactive mode. Story mode is as it sounds: you get a prompt box where you describe the plot, pick whether you want a short, medium, long, or epic length, and select the heat from mild, steamy, all the way to explicit. The interactive mode doesn’t spit out a full story. Instead, it generates the smut scene by scene, and you get to customize each segment and lead the story in the direction you desire. Both produce results. Both function similarly. One offers more control. The other one just spits out results and calls it a day. Since I take my job very seriously, I tested both of them out thoroughly.
But before we dive into that, let me give you some tips and pointers on how to make the most out of this tool. First of all, describe the plot as simply as you can, but don’t skim on the details! If you’re introducing characters, make sure you subtly include descriptive prose that would suggest they have complex character traits or fears or complexity of any kind. Don’t just say dude is scared, dudette is lonely. DESCRIBE it, unpack it, slowly ease into it. The plot is the easiest to craft by far, but the complexity and how it all ties together is NOT. Trust me, unpacking these things subtly goes a long way, and SinStories doesn’t really require it, but it gives you more control over the narrative and ensures that the story will unfold in a dramatic twist or a clash.
Sometimes when I’m uninspired and don’t know what to write about, I literally scroll on subreddits like r/unpopularopinion or r/rant, and I immediately draw inspiration from it. I open those threads the same way a desperate man opens another tab of AI smut written by clankers who never once felt the heat they are describing. Someone is screaming about pineapple on pizza or why morning people should be illegal, and suddenly my brain lights up with a filthy plot twist. I steal the anger, strip it down, dress it in sweat and bad decisions, and then I let the magic happen. That’s the attitude I want you crafting stories with!
Doesn’t Meet My Standards
Now let me be perfectly honest with you here: I tried the story mode function on both medium and epic length, and my god... it lacks emotion! But first, let me tell you about the story I crafted. You could say it's inspired by Brave New World. I set the whole tone, described a scenario where the world has become a utopian dystopia, full of monitored pressure, and an algorithm that assigns a person's soulmate at birth. Then I introduced the protagonist and deuteragonist, perfectly describing every little detail about them, unpacking it slowly... and after I wrote it all out, five hundred words worth of plot and character development, I sent it off to generate. And as I said earlier... it lacks emotion! I expected the AI to capitalize on the details I included about the characters!
How my protagonist speaks with frozen lips, barely opening them with warm air wheezing out in a commanding voice, and instead... I got this story where my characters meet, barely exchange a few words, no character development or unpacking of emotions, tone, playful and thoughtful words about their physical appearance or environmental elements, something that gets you thinking... none of that! They just end up in a hotel for no reason, fuck, and get their memories erased. The whole thing was full of AI-isms, and honestly... it could never compete with REAL prose. I understand. This is AI. It can't be perfect. But this? This is not it.
Then, with the same spirit, I moved on to the Interactive mode, laying out the same premise and story. This one is somewhat better. It sets the scene, then allows you to pick from three pre-made options as to where the story goes in the next scene. The problem is... it doesn't allow you to describe or prompt the next scene yourself! You just get these three pre-made options, and that's it! Not to mention, there are minor inconsistencies in the suggestions! While I was playing around with the scenes, I made my character abruptly leave the story as soon as the woman approached him. I literally holed him up in a hotel room, unable to reach her. All of a sudden, the AI pops a suggestion where he TEXTS the other character. HOW? He never got her number. He literally just said a few words to her and left. Instantly. Now… I'll admit, it's kinda fun guiding the story with AI suggestions, but not nearly as fun as it would be if SinStories allowed me to express the scenes with my own words.
Beyond Its Capacity
To top it all off, SinStories.app runs on credits! Generating one of those stories can run you anywhere between one and seven credits. And in the interactive mode, each scene will cost you one credit. So… how much does a healthy batch of credits cost? Well, for $1 you can get 20 credits as a one-time purchase. Then there is the weekly plan, which will run you $6 a week, giving you 80 credits every seven days. The monthly plan, which will cost you $15, grants you 150 credits a week. And the yearly plan, which will set you back $99.99 and grant you 200 credits per week.
Honestly, for this price… it’s not that bad. I mean, I still expected more out of it, but I’ll take what I can get. But if I’m being transparent, then I have to say that the free version of Grok can deliver similar results as SinStories.app. I genuinely don’t see the point in investing money into a tool such as this one. It’s the definition of cheap fun that will last a day, and then it gets dull. The AI-isms get repetitive, the structure crumbles, and everything becomes not-so-fun. But hey, this is only MY opinion on the matter. Maybe some of you out there need something like this for whatever reason.
