YJL Sex Dolls gave me the weirdest sense of déjà vu when I first heard about the website. I was absolutely sure I’d heard of these guys before. As I’d soon learn, these guys also offer some of the best customization on the market.

It really seems like the sex doll industry has blown up over the last decade. RealDoll started the trend in the late ‘90s, but I think we’ve just finally reached a point where the dolls are cheap enough for the masses. YJL Sex Doll, on the other hand, is still building up to that level of brand recognition, but their dolls are creeping into the better shops now.

I couldn’t find much about the shipping details on YJLSexDoll, but it looks like they’re shipping direct from China. You’re going to have some wait times, but they do promise “on-time delivery”: your doll should be ready within a week, and then she gets boxed up and sent to your place.

Shipping is free at YJLSexDoll.com, just like it is on most sites, though you might be on the hook for some customs stuff, depending on where you live. They also offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, which lowers shipping prices and fees, but takes longer and the tracking is vague. I’m the kind of dude who constantly checks the status of any incoming package, so it would drive me crazy to not know exactly where my new girl is. I know my love is out there somewhere…

Most of these shops offer a “guarantee” that doesn’t amount to much, since it’s void the moment you stick your dick in your new toy. On that note, I appreciate YJL Sex Doll’s no-bullshit approach to the subject. “No returns are accepted under any circumstances. I wanted to see what it’d cost me for a fully customized model, so I first pulled up the listing for Audrey, a new TPE doll with a base price of $875. With each click, I expected the price at the top of the page to change, but it stayed the same.

I honestly thought the website was either broken, or that they’d surprise me with a much higher price once I added my customized Audrey to my cart. Implanted hair is $75, upgraded mouths are $50-$100, and you can even add articulated foot bones for a mere Andrew Jackson. High-end makeup sounds a little expensive $150, but keep in mind, you’re going to be staring at that pretty face for a while. Well, unless you only hit it from the back.

They’ve got some optional electronics, too. These have been becoming more common everywhere, but they’re not really standard anywhere yet. Your synthetic lover can heat up automatically, moan and talk dirty, and the upgrades are pretty affordable, too. The 5-point touch pronunciation is only thirty bones, but I had to open the thumbnail in a new tab to see any of the details about how it works.

If I have one complaint about YJLSexDoll.com, it’s just that the website needs a little work. This ain’t uncommon with new sites, but for some reason, it seems even more common when it comes to sex doll manufacturers. I expect them to polish the place up as the joint matures, but as a guy who reviews these things, I couldn’t help noticing some minor quirks. There’s placeholder text left in a couple places where they forgot to fill in the blanks, and the overall documentation could be better.

I’m genuinely curious to see if YJLSexDoll raises their prices as the brand becomes more popular. There are a number of doll shops I could recommend if you’re just vaguely in the market for a high-end sex toy, but this might the first one I’d mention if you were looking for something highly customized to your own specific desires. These guys just offer so many different options for each of their dolls, and most of the tweaks don’t even affect those already-low base prices. You might have to wait a little longer for these girls than the ones warehoused in your neck of the woods, but in the end, you won’t be banging somebody else’s fantasy.
