Porn site titles don’t get any simpler than JAV.sb, whose name tells you literally nothing besides the fact that they’ve got Japanese Adult Video. The .sb domain might mean they’re based in the Solomon Islands, but my guess is they just grabbed up whatever top-level domain still had a three-letter JAV address available. It’s simple and effective branding without bullshit or fluff, and based on the rising traffic, I’d say it’s working. Their visits were in the thousands just a couple months ago, but they’re quickly blowing up into the millions.

JAV.sb is a free JAV tube, just like I’m sure a lot of you already guessed. They’ve been getting a lot of buzz lately in case the traffic stats didn’t clue you in, which suggests there is ample reason within to bust out your favorite onahole or at least spit on your hand a couple times. My yellow fever has been acting up like crazy lately, and I don’t have another Asian starlet coming by the PornDudeCasting couch for another couple weeks. Let’s see if JAV SB can cure what ails me, namely the blue balls.

Quality Asian Pornos without the Pixels

JAVSB has the same kind of barebones presentation you find on a lot of free JAV tubes, but I’ll give them a few extra points for the cute logo. It’s nothing special, just the site title in two-tone chunky letters, though that’s more effort than a lot of the competition. Beneath a search bar, a spread of videos unfolds all down the front page.

The JAV tube format is pretty similar to your average white-girl porn site, though fans already know how the presentation differs. Instead of the screengrab thumbnails you find on sites like Pornhub and its many copycats, most of the preview pics at JAVSB are whole-ass DVD covers from Asian pornos. It’s always been wild to me that this format is still so popular in the Land of the Rising sun, where Americans picture everything being straight from the future. DVDs? Come on, grandpa!

Some of you have already guessed what I’m going to say next, possibly while holding your breath and crossing your fingers, hoping it’s true. The DVD covers ain’t just eye candy tacked onto sample scenes. Nah, they use DVD covers because they’re stocking the shelves with quality Japanese pornos. They tend to be longer than American fuck flicks, too, typically clocking in at least a couple hours. There’s even a recent release out front that’s epic in its four-hour runtime.

I’m not sure if the releases are actually tied to physical media products, but most of these flicks were officially released in Japan. That’s a good thing and a bad thing for reasons the weebs are all too familiar with, so I’ll go ahead and break the bad news now. The good news is that JAVSB has an ample selection of uncensored JAV movies samples. My heart was happy as soon as I noticed the row of recent uncensored movies samples out front, but the catalog was way fucking deeper than I expected. Some Asian porn tubes only have a handful of unedited pornos, but JAV.sb has over 5600 of them. I’ve seen platforms misrepresent their catalogs by slapping an Uncensored tag on the usual pixelated smut, but I didn’t see any of that bait-and-switch bullshit during my tour today.

The assortment of perversion gets even deeper the further you get. JAV.sb carries a wider range of freaky sex than your average free tube, in case I haven’t made that clear from my descriptions. The vast catalog and diversity of content does come with its own little set of issues when it comes to organizing the catalog, though. As with other JAV tubes, JAV SB is a little bit of a mess.

The films are well-tagged, so it should be relatively easy to find what you want by typing it into that front-page search bar. The problem is that tags index, which JAV SB refers to as their Topic page. At more than 10,000 long-ass pages of keywords, mostly in Japanese, it’s way too unwieldy to just flick through in search of something to shake your dick at. They do offer a more manageable list of Genres, but it’s only six vague categories likes Censored, Uncensored, Mosaic Removed and JAV idol.

The Actress section is similarly expansive and hard to peruse, but I have to give these guys credit for at least tagging all the models. Some sites slack on that front, assuming their American visitors don’t know the talent they’re crushing on. As of this writing, they’ve already got around 340 pages of Japanese models, pornstars and AV idols, so I bet some of your favorites are already in there. If not, give it a few days. As I wrap up this review, I’ve got one of JAV SB’s latest updates playing in another window.
