Back to Ms. McGowan. I love her. She’s insane, in a great way. I first met her on screen when she replaced Shannen Doherty in Charmed. She came in as the second third sister. Yes, you read that right. The show had three sisters and Rose came in to play another member of the triad, after Doherty was booted for being too mean to her costars. At least, so I heard. I also read recently that apparently Alyssa Milano was the problem and she got Doherty fired and bla bla bla, who the hell cares? It’s all water under the bridge now. One way or another, I saw Rose McGowan playing a witch, alongside two other babes who were also gorgeous. That show, man, that show… so many crushes, all around. Did you notice they always had them wearing shirts that really showed off their cleavage? God bless the outfit coordinators for that show.

Nipples in Sweaters

You’re not here to read about Charmed, though, even though you’re probably a fan of the show, if you know who Rose McGowan is. Yes, she’s done a lot more work than that and Charmed was far from a breakout role for her, but come on. Millions of concurrent viewers? That show was blasting this chick’s perfect body and lovable face to the entire goddamn world, in syndication. There’s a reason this show still has such a cult following. People can’t get over how much they loved Paige Matthews. That was her character’s name. Half-sister, so, different last name. Still, she had magical powers and what not.

The most important magical power she inherited from her family in Charmed was her ability to look fantastic in a tight sweater. But she had this skill long before, as evidenced by her performance in Scream, back in 1996. Now this, this was her real breakout role. She was a bit further down on the list of the main cast, but she still got a lot of quality scenes before her character was tragically brutalized to death by a garage door. She was a fan favorite. My favorite part of her performance on screen was the yellow sweater. Watch the movie, you’ll see what I mean. The nipples, my god, the nipples. So much nipple protrusion. It was crazy. Like, for real, are the costume designers trying to prove a point? We get it, she has nipples and they’re lovely. If we can’t have any, though, why are you teasing us? Either way, she was a drop-dead gorgeous bombshell from day one and we loved her for it.

She’s Left a Mark

She continued being irresistible in her next hit role in a relatively shitty movie called The Doom Generation. Yes, I know the movie got great reviews and what not, I’m just not a big fan of this kind of crap. Two dudes, one girl and a lot of sexual tension. On the one hand, yay, Rose McGowan in a bra. On the other, eh, why not two chicks instead? Either way, you get to see a lot of her in this movie and she’s not shy about how gorgeous she is. She was young in this movie. Very young. And, she pulled off a very strong Mia Wallace vibe, just one year after Pulp Fiction actually came out. The influence is there. Don’t try to prove me wrong.

Like I mentioned, today, Rose is mostly known for her activism. She’s running on a lot of money and presumably a ton of residual checks. I’m still not entirely clear on how actors make their money over time. Still, she’s living a posh and lavish lifestyle and she’s speaking out against injustice. She’s kind of known for that kind of behavior in Hollywood and everyone who’s commented on it seems to be on her side. She’s a real firecracker. Good on her. Courageous busty babes with a point to prove are a major reason why the world keeps turning.

Getting On in Years

Unfortunately, she gave her charming style a huge punch in the gut in recent years, shaving her head and embracing a very … tomboyish look. At her age, it doesn’t fit well. I mean, if she just grows her hair out and puts on a nice dress or a tight sweater, she’d be a bombshell again. I think she’s actively trying to push against those trends. Maybe she got tired of being everyone’s TV crush. Still, we have more than enough content of her from back in the day, showing off her amazing body, her pretty face and her generally irresistible charm.

Before you say anything, yes, I know her face is a bit unconventional. She’s got that confused Anya Taylor Joy look on her face at all times, combined with relatively closed eyelids, like she’s in a dark smoky room, even when she’s out in the sun. Her face is sexy, plain and simple. Yes, it’s unconventional, but it also makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. I liked her from day one. She’s always had that internal bombshell quality about her, even if it’s only something that comes out when she’s on screen. I mean, it’s not like I’m going to be seeing her in real life, right? Especially today. But, on TV, in all the shit she’s recorded before, she’s an absolute godsend. This chick is a dime and a half and I can’t get enough of her. Again, my favorite version of Rose McGowan is the one in early Charmed seasons, because she’s the right combination of young and sexy. She was 30 when she started out on that show, but she didn’t look a day over 23 and that’s the best age for a bombshell to be winning hearts on TV.

Always Been a Heartbreaker

I looked for some more revealing content featuring our favorite Ms. McGowan, but all I could find was one instance of her wearing a so-called naked dress to the 1998 VMAs. It was basically just a mesh with some chains. She was almost entirely naked, head to toe. She showed up with Marylin Manson of all people. I guess they were sleeping together or some shit. Wait, let me look this up. Oh, they were engaged for two years. Lucky bastard. No shade, but how does a guy who looks like a real-life rendition of the crypt keeper manage to bang all the hottest babes in the world? The dude looks like he came in last in a Nicholas Cage lookalike contest. How does he get to have Rose McGowan, Dita Von Teese, Stoya, Jenna Jameson and Lana Del Rey? I heard he might have also been dating Avril Lavigne. What the fuck is this guy doing? His track record is almost as amazing as mine.

I know it seems like I keep getting sidetracked, but Rose McGowan’s career is rife with interaction with fellow costars and other legends. She’s a popular girl. She likes making waves. That naked dress she wore, that was a statement. It was one of many personal “fuck yous” to the world. She tends to do that. This milky white bombshell of a woman with huge perfectly shaped jugs and a pair of lips that could put your cock in a coma has been out here winning awards and breaking hearts since before half of my readers were born.
