Cosplay Fans! Finally! An AI-driven website that feels actually interesting and not like a rehashed version of every other AI dump on the internet. Yes, I’m talking about CosplayFans.ai, but I’m not going to be fooled that easily! Just because it has a unique idea doesn’t mean it’s good! That’s why I’m going to take this website apart, piece by piece, and get to the bottom of it. At first glance, it managed to impress me, but how long can it keep up with the energy? Well, I sure hope it’s going to be a long-ass time, because I’m loaded on coffee and a stiffy that demands a release. And I know you’re in the same boat as me! So let’s get started by simply sinking back in the chair (or bed) and taking a fucking second to breathe.
No, seriously… I desperately need a breather! I’ve been doing these reviews back to back for hours, and my brain is a greasy little engine that’s been redlining since I sat down. My tabs are multiplying like they're having a breeding orgy, and CosplayFans.ai loads up with hot AI chicks in Princess Zelda armor and Deadpool suits and whatever other franchise a horny prompt could undress, and it is fucking scrumptious. I need to meditate like a man who has been staring at fabricated cosplay pussy for too long. If I don’t, I’m going to keep scrolling, keep ranking, keep getting hooked on AI girls in fandom skin until I can’t tell if I’m reviewing CosplayFans.ai or just using it as a glory hole with better branding. And we don’t want that, do we? My attention needs to be precisely focused on all the tiny little inconsistencies and all the great features.
Linear And Soulless
Okay, now I’m ready to kick gum and chew ass, and I’m full of cosplay ass. The experience on CosplayFans.ai is pretty straightforward. You load up the site, end up on the homepage, and that Browse Characters button is staring back at you like a needy chick. Once you click it, WHAM! The Spotlight Characters appear first. The ones featured this week pop up first, and currently Kylie Wright as Princess Zelda is leading the charge with nearly 200K fans. Then there’s Cora Wynn with her Black Widow cosplay, and Honey Lee with her Yae Miko cosplay. Okay, this whole follower count bullshit feels like a play. I doubt there are 200K people thirsting over AI clankers, but hey… for all I know, it may be real. I digress. You click on one of these chicks, and it opens up their profile/exclusive gallery. There, you have the whole bio and shit, but more importantly, you get the whole cosplay photoshoot! It usually begins with the character in full cosplay outside, and as you scroll, she’s progressively getting more and more nude, a few little poses here and there, the background changes… minor tweaks to keep it interesting.
But here’s the thing: the photos feel extremely AI and unappealing to me. Like… there’s no soul to them! And yes, there are some fucking inconsistencies! Like the whole Princess Zelda shoot! Half of them include the girl with human ears. The other half have her with Elf ears. But hey… some people get off on that. I’m no judge. So, the next thing you can do is chat with the character, or generate more images. Obviously, I headed for the chat straight away. The live chat system is linear. You don’t get many features other than back-and-forth textual smut and the ability to request images as you chat. The chatting itself is nothing impressive… there’s no interesting roleplay, and it feels like a horny, polite AI that will always cater to your demands. It’s not the type of system I’d spend hours in. I tested the image request feature while I was at it, and it does its job. The outfit is once again consistent, but with a few details changed or removed completely. Basically, no future image is the same, and honestly… it doesn’t feel all that immersive to me. So I’m probably going to leave this one behind pretty soon.
Not Even Close
Other than the chatting, you have the Generate Image portion of this website, and I’ll mostly be spending my time here because the textual smut didn’t meet my standards. The process for generating an image is simple: you pick your character from the numerous options, and then build your prompt with a couple of presets for the scene, action, body, clothing, accessories, view/perspective, etc. Now, here’s the thing that confuses the fuck out of me: None of the actions provided in the preset include NSFW or pornographic themes, and some of them are literally confusing. Like… there’s a whole preset menu for clothing and accessories, as if I need to change the clothes of an AI character who’s ALREADY in cosplay. But that’s not the worst of it! I actually generated an image with Shiori Ren cosplaying as D.VA, didn’t touch the clothing or accessories, just set the scene in a cyberpunk city, set her body to slim, and added a close-up view.
The results? Weird as fuck! This bitch dropped the whole D.VA cosplay, became a cybernetic babe with glowing tits and all. Then I generated another pic of her! This time, I set the scenery to cherry blossoms, set the action pose to her squatting, the view from behind… and it once again changed absolutely everything about her! In this image, the view is not from behind as I wanted, but instead, it’s a side view. She’s wearing some kind of lingerie and a pink skirt, and there’s nothing sexually enticing about this picture whatsoever.
So… this whole system is a bust! The only way to generate something half interesting is to engage in the chat with these characters and request images that way. Other than that, you’ll be getting results that have nothing to do with the cosplay! I wanted to see actual, soulful cosplays. That’s the whole reason I even sat down with a stiffy and a coffee and gave this generator a chance. I’ve been watching too much My Dress-Up Darling, and that quirky little anime did something sincere to my heart. I spent hours watching Gojo sewing until her fingers hurt. And don’t even get me started on the foam, glue, late nights, a girl turning herself into a character because she loves the character enough to bleed for it. That’s cosplay… That’s soul! A human being putting a body on a fantasy until the fantasy has sweat in the seams. Then I come here, pick Shiori Ren as D.Va, ask for a squat from behind under cherry blossoms, and the machine shrugs, slaps on a pink skirt and lingerie, and hands me a side view of nothing, and I’m fucking fuming!

The only thing here that’s actually done right is the Requests portion of this website, which allows the community to get in on the fun!
CosplayFans.ai basically allows you to submit a cosplay idea, vote on the popular requests, and the top-rated request will get the character in 2-3 weeks. Currently, the ones leading the charge are Misa Amane, Marin Kitagawa, and Princess Mononoke. I might submit a request for the fuck of it, but you already know I voted for Marin because she’s a goober.
Every other page on this website feels like filler because all of them show you the characters! The top creators page? Shows you the top-ranking characters. The directory? Shows you all the characters. The Characters? Duh… and to top it all off, this shit costs money! Yeah… the motherfucking trial membership of CosplayFans.ai will run you $29.95 for a one-time payment, but it’s currently 70% off, so you can get it for $9.95. And this gives you 25 tokens, the ability to use the AI image generator, the chatting feature, and access to the character directory.
Then there’s the actual monthly subscription, which will set you back $15 a month, giving you all the previous features plus access to the exclusive content we discussed earlier and the ability to download the photos. And then there are the 3-month and annual subscriptions. The only noticeable perks in those are the fact that they allow you to request custom characters and access early features. Honestly… this whole website failed to meet my expectations. But hey, some of you might enjoy it, so do what you will.
