A decade ago, you probably would have assumed Face Swap Lab was the season’s hottest new toy for kids. It still sounds like it could be a modern-day Mr. Potato Head, but in this era of instant AI deepfakes, I bet you started getting naughtier ideas the moment you heard the name. We’ve come a long way since the sloppy cut-and-paste jobs you may have settled for in the past. Not only do these look a million times better, but they don’t require an expert’s touch to make them look realistic. In fact, even a moron can bang out their own custom pornography without much effort, nor time for that matter.

FaceSwapLab.com bills itself as a Professional AI Face Swapper for Videos and Photos. It’s professional in the sense that it’s creating high-quality imagery, but they’ve designed it to be simple enough for even the home hobbyist. It’s also got some features that might be useful for legit professionals whipping up content for their socials, OnlyFans profiles and even full-on porno paysites. I consider myself both an amateur enthusiast and a professional smut peddler, so I couldn’t wait to see how well the machinery worked.

Scoping Out the Face Swap Lab

Like most AI face swappers, FaceSwapLab fills their tour page with before-and-after examples of what their service can do. I wrote about these platforms all throughout 2024, and watched how quickly they evolved from month to month. This is my first review of a deepfake app in 2025, and if there’s one big, noticeable evolution in the format, it’s that we’ve now entered the era of instant deepfake videos. Instead of samples of nudified AI babes, most of the previews here are stunning, flawless videos.

They tell you in the FAQ that there’s a free trial, “allowing you to experience some features upon registration.” Well, I’m sad to report that the only features I found available for free were pricing estimates after I uploaded some content. I put a headshot, a nude and a 7-second naked dancing video into the slot. FaceSwapLab told me it’d cost half a credit to put the face into the nudie pic, or five credits to put it in the video.

Memberships are credit-based, bestowing a hundred precious tokens upon subscribers every month. Regular price is twenty bones, but you do get 50% off your first time around. Breaking it down, that should get you up to 5 minutes of video, 200 pics, or some combination of the two. Reup bundles cost the same, with discounts on 1000 and 3000-credit packages.

I’ve reviewed a couple AI face swappers in the past that were capable of doing video, but they usually imposed really tight limits. I always recommend grabbing some source material off my big list of TikTok Porn Sites here at ThePornDude, because the earlier sites just couldn’t handle video longer than a few seconds. FaceSwapLab.com has no maximum length for videos, and will accept some big-ass files. I found the limit listed at either 500MB or a gig on different parts of the website, but I’m willing to bet they’ll work with you if you’ve got something even meatier on your hands.

Stepping Into the Face Swap Lab

I’ve made so many jokes about stepping into the lab when it comes to deepfake platforms, so I really appreciate the branding here. I put on my white coat and sent my hunchbacked assistant into the storm to adjust my lightning rods, then made my way into Face Swap Lab’s titular experiment room. The Task page offers a dead simple interface, and I immediately started stocking the Material and Face shelves with my own freshly dug ingredients. Videos take a few minutes to process before you can do anything, so go ahead and upload a few before you get started.

As eager as I was to create my own videos, I figured I should start with something simpler, for reasons professional, masturbatory, and scientific. Using photos I’d taken for PornDudeCasting, I selected a shot of Alexis James from my own custom Face menu, and a pic of Lulu Chu in bed as my Material. Then I clicked Create Task, confirmed I wanted to spend 0.5 credits, and waited.

Total processing time was a couple minutes—longer than I’d expected, but not shit compared to paying some Photoshop geek on Fiverr, holding your breath and hoping he does a good job. This is a good point to mention that FaceSwapLab can do bulk processing. In fact, I almost bulk-processed a few things in my first experiment, so be careful what you’re checking off. You could potentially convert a whole library of material while you sleep.

The pic was beautiful, too. The biggest giveaway that it’s a deepfake is just that it’s Alexis James’s face on Lulu Chu’s body. I recommend checking out my scenes with them if you ain’t familiar, but it’s worth mentioning that Alexis is a white girl and Lulu is Asian. I love how perfectly FaceSwapLab.com blended Lulu’s skin tone with Alexis’s face, resulting in a realistic exotic beauty.

Let’s Make Some Deepfake Videos

After testing out the still photo capabilities of the Face Swap Lab, it was time to do what I’d really come to do. I used a photo of Selena Love and the short naked dance I’d uploaded to start with. Since the lab can handle multiple tasks at once, I also sent Kathryn Mae’s face through the wringer with a 15-second POV blowjob movie.

Selena’s dance was ready even before I’d finished putting the second task to action. As with the still images, the video results are incredible. The Lab perfectly matched Selena’s face to the expressions of the happy girl whose body we stole with futuristic technology. The girl’s red hair swings around her face as she moves, and I’ve seen AI really struggle with similar clips on other platforms. FaceSwapLab handled it like it was nothing, without any weird-ass flashing pixels as those locks whip around.

Blowjobs have been another weak point for AI video, presumably because of the dongs moving in and out of the face they’re recreating. Again, the app impressed me with a damn near flawless video of a Kathryn Mae lookalike pulling out her tits, grabbing a dick and bobbing her head on it. The girl in the video looks more like a hybrid between my two starter gals than my earlier experiments, but she looks every bit like a real woman. The one oddity is that she’s got two different colored eyes as she stares lovingly into the camera.

There’s certainly an addictive quality to FaceSwapLab. Every video was so hot and visually impressive that I wanted to keep experimenting, and the interface is built to make that effortless. You literally just check items off a couple menus of your own content. I spent 15 credits in one go adding Lulu’s face to the first two videos, as well as a 12-second cowgirl sequence. The movies I made with the app are almost as hot as the one I made with Lulu at PornDudeCasting!

I think the most impressive thing about FaceSwapLab is the near total lack of AI artifacts. Even the most realistic videos I’ve created with other apps have had brief moments where the girls look deformed or just devolve into a blurry mess of pixels. Even if it’s just for a split second, the effect ruins the immersion, reminding you that you’re just looking at a fake. I had to look closely to notice anything was amiss with the movies I created today, but any signs of technological trickery were subtle. If I didn’t know these girls, I probably wouldn’t have suspected a thing.

FaceSwapLab.com doesn’t have the free trial I’ve come to expect from the niche, but speaking as a guy who just spent an hour baking his own deepfakes, I’d say the ten-dollar entry fee is more than worth it. The content coming out of these simple apps until now has always felt like it was a couple steps down from the absurdly realistic imagery you see passed around the social media sites. Face Swap Lab really does deliver on their front-page promise of professional video wizardry, instantly and effortlessly dreaming up videos that make earlier sites look like amateur hour. The samples out front ain’t bullshit; start with good source material, and yours will look just as good.
