Strip Chat! Anyone who has been following my reviews knows I love a good live sex cam site with hot models. There is just nothing like being able to see live, sexy 18+ girls doing whatever you ask them to, fulfilling your every command. Plus, the fact that on sex cams, you can interact with them makes camming an online experience on a different level than watching a more traditional, pre-recorded porn video.

That brings me to Stripchat—yet another online option for the pervert who likes something a little more interactive and immersive. When you first come to Strip Chat, it will likely look very familiar to all the other sex cam sites you’ve seen: hundreds of thumbnails of sexy sluts to choose from, and the ability to filter out results on the left-hand side of the page.

Stripchat.com allows you to filter the models by age ((18+)teens, twenties, MILFS, and grannies), body type (petite, athletic, BBW, curvy), ethnicity (Arab, Asian, Black, Indian, Latina, white), hair color (blonde, brown, redhead, brunette), and, perhaps most conveniently, by the price of private shows at StripChat.com (8 tokens per minute – 90+ tokens per minute). You can also filter by the category, in case you’re looking for something more specific on Strip Chat. I immediately went for “student,” but was disappointed to see there weren’t very many sexy, innocent 18+ schoolgirls online at the time on StripChat.

Overall, the layout of the website is pretty good. I was a little disappointed to see that the thumbnails did not have any movement to them, though. Some sex cam sites will give a little preview of what the model has been doing recently with a clip that activates when you hover your mouse over the thumbnail. No such luck on Stripchat, just a more generic, still profile image.

As far as the models on StripChat are concerned, there were plenty of beautiful ladies to choose from worldwide. Not many of the girls are from North America, which is always a bit of a disappointment to me. I always get off on the idea that I might stumble upon a girl I know in one of these live cam sites, but there are plenty of sexy euro babes and Latina chicks.

Leaving it to the Imagination

After dropping in on a bunch of Strip Chat live video streams, the first thing I noticed is that they were significantly tamer than what I’ve seen on other sites. The models on StripChat seem to be saving all the good stuff for their private shows. Most of the girls, for instance, are mostly clothed—maybe they will be up and dancing topless, if you’re lucky. I don’t necessarily mind this. There is something to be said for teasing and leaving things to the imagination for a while. But, at the same time, I think the camgirls could show a little more outside of private, if only so I know upfront if that is something I want to commit to.

Control Freaks

Some of the models on StripChat do have a Lovense Lush toy activated and ready to respond to various tip amounts, but not nearly as many as I’ve seen on other sites. If you are unfamiliar with the Lovense Lush, it’s a little pink vibrator that curves up to the g-spot and vibrates on command based on a remote signal. In the camming world, it usually responds to tips. It’s always great to see live cam girls being overtaken by pleasure when the Lovense is activated, but I think Strip Chat could probably do more in the way of embracing some of the interactive features it allows.

On CamSoda, for example, it’s set up so that, if you tip enough, you can control the settings of the vibration for a certain amount of time. This feature allows you to alternate between low, medium, high, and ultra-high vibratory settings with the click of a mouse. On this site, however, it is far less customizable. It is set up in a tiered system, so tipping 15-30 tokens, for example, might activate the Lovense for a couple of minutes on medium; 31-50 might enable it on high for a little longer, and so on. The Lush is always welcome, but I think they could consider doing a little more with it for its models and its users.

A Bit More Intimate

One of my favorite features of Stripchat is its private messaging client. I have not seen private chat so seamlessly integrated to any other live camming website. What’s more, the models pretty consistently went out of their ways to message me privately.

This feature is a nice touch, since it can be a little weird to go all out with the dirty talk when you know that a hundred other dudes are seeing everything that’s said and, in some cases, bouncing off of your naughty ideas. Speaking of private, Stripchat gives you two options with two different prices. My girl actually asked me to strip for her too. This way, we would be more comfortable with each other, which was unexpected and a hell of a lot of fun.

Although I had a perfect time in private, I think Stripchat could probably benefit from taking another look at their private video chat features. Although, I have had the same complaint with every sex cam site I’ve been on thus far—you guys at Strip Chat really need to figure out how to make texting more convenient during the private video! It is truly a pain in the ass to have to continually click back and forth from full-screen mode to access the chatbox every time you want to type something. I know the technology is there, just fix it so that I can type in full-screen mode, damn it!

It’s All About the Journey, Not the Destination

Having said that, if you enjoy private chats with sexy models, Stripchat is going to be your best bet. It is easily the most personable cam site I’ve ever been on, even if it wasn’t the dirtiest (not that it didn’t get fun and messy in private mode). Still, if you’re looking more to find a bunch of sluts fucking giant dildos and squirting all over the place before you even propose going in a private show, this website probably isn’t for you.

Class up the Ass

The models keep it classy on this website, and I can definitely appreciate that. There’s nothing wrong with a little build-up. Sometimes, there is nothing hotter than wanting something you can’t have. At least not at first. Not everything needs to be instantly gratifying, you impatient little pricks. All in all, I enjoyed my time on Stripchat. Could a few of their features be updated and expanded a little bit? Sure. But that doesn’t mean Strip Chat isn't a quality cam site with quality women from all over the world for what it does allow. When you’re there, definitely take advantage of the private messaging and enjoy tipping the models with Lovense inside of them (I love the way it makes them squirm and moan).
