You ever been on a site that's offering porn, but actually looks like some kind of a blog? Well, that's exactly what FemdomHD looks like. Obviously, I've been on this site before, so I wasn't surprised by the interface, but that doesn't mean I like it. Porn sites should be simple, and definitely shouldn't display more text than pictures, but I guess someone didn't tell these people that.
If you read some of my other reviews, then you definitely know how much I hate sites with a light theme. The only time when I don't mind the white background is when most of the page is covered with thumbnails, but even then, it doesn't look good. Now, you probably have guessed that this place doesn't have a dark theme, but that's not the only thing that's wrong with it. There are a couple of things I would change, but I'll try not to talk as much about that because we're here for smoking goddesses!
I must admit that Femdom HD offers pretty unique categories, and one of those happens to be "Smoking Goddesses." There's no other site that offers the same category, or at least I haven't seen it before. Sure, I've seen a lot of places with smoking or goddess categories, but this is the first time I've seen those 2 categories put in one category.
Not only is the category pretty specific, but it also offers a lot of stuff. You'll find over 1.300 video samples in just this one category, but I'm not sure if you'll find many more in the future. Their upload schedule sucks, but we'll talk about that later. For now, let's focus on the interface.
Light theme and no features
As I have mentioned already, the site uses a light theme, and that's just pissing me the fuck off! There's too much white area, and if you're looking at the site in the middle of the night or in a dark room, you won't enjoy it one bit. Squinting your eyes and looking at porn just doesn't go together, but that's what they're forcing you to do with this theme.
Besides looking way too bright for my taste, there are a few more things that should change. For starters, they should think twice about the way they're displaying scenes. Unlike most sites that post their content, this site decided to go with extra-large thumbnails. In theory, that sounds good, but in reality, it's not practical. You can only see one scene at a time, and that's really not helpful when you're looking for something.
So, you'll see the title of the scene in big-ass font. There's really no need for that because no one reads that shit. It would have been a lot better if they had listed a couple of tags or categories there, but since there are no tags, they couldn't have done that. You'll also see the date when the scene was posted, and obviously, the category. However, there's only one category, so don't bother looking for more or trying to find scenes with multiple categories because it doesn't seem like some exist.
You'll have to open a scene in a new tab to get more info, but even then, you won't find out a lot. I mean, as far as the description goes, you'll only get the title. If the title sucks, you won't know what you're getting yourself into before you check out those small thumbnails.
It seems like every scene comes with a compilation of thumbnails that were taken throughout the entire video. You'll be able to figure out what's happening in a video just by looking at those small pictures, but I doubt you'll settle on just that. You'll want to watch the full video, and that just won't be possible here.
Even though there's a video with a play button below those thumbnails, once you hit play, you'll only get to see the trailer. It's actually a pretty good trailer because you get to see a minute from the best part of the video. I know some people who wouldn't need more than that to cum, so if you're just like them, have fun!
Those who want to watch full videos will have to click on the link that redirects them to a different site. Now, even there, it doesn't seem like you'll be able to watch the full videos. You'll also get a trailer, but you'll also get a download button. Obviously, that is available only for premium members, and if you didn't guess by now, you'll have to get a membership.
Every video seems to redirect me to WayShare, so I'm guessing that's the only site where you get to watch all these smoking goddesses videos. They offer 4 different memberships, and I must admit that they're way too expensive. If this were a porn site, then I wouldn't think twice, but since it's not, I have to warn you that you'll be spending just as much, if not even more money, than on a porn site.
The cheapest membership they have is the monthly subscription, and it costs $23. The most expensive one costs $150, and you might think that it's a lifetime membership, but it's only an annual subscription.
Anyway, after getting a membership, you'll be able to download as many videos as you want. However, you'll have to look for stuff you like on FemdomHD, and download it from WayShare.cc. I know that it's more complicated than it should be, but it's the only way to get the videos you have here.
As far as features go, I can't say that they have any. I mean, there's the basic search, but I'm not sure what you would use it for. There's a list of all categories on the right side of the page, so after you find the category you're looking for, you won't be able to do anything. There are no filters or even sorting features. You'll see the latest scenes first, so if you were hoping for the top-rated stuff or something like that, I have some bad news for you.
One thing I mentioned in the beginning was their upload schedule. I didn't want to ruin the entire review right away, so I saved it for the very end. The last scene was posted more than 2 months ago. That's pretty weird considering they were pretty active before that. They might not have daily uploads, but you could have at least found one new scene per week.
I'm not sure what happened, but they just stopped posting new stuff. They uploaded 1,300+ videos since 2017, and now, they have just stopped. I have no idea if the uploads are going to continue, but I have a feeling that they might not. Let's just hope that they're taking a short break, but I don't see a reason why someone would stop posting for 2+ months.
The good thing is that this site doesn't actually offer subscriptions because it would suck paying for a subscription just to look at videos in a category that's not getting any more updates. Once you get a membership on WayShare, you'll be able to download pretty much anything you want, but keep in mind that you won't get any features there either, so it will be hard to find something specific without wasting a lot of time!
Collection that stopped growing 2 months ago
One of the worst things you can see is that a collection that offers 1,300+ videos just stops growing out of nowhere. Before the uploads stopped, FemdomHD had been posting new videos at least once a week. Sometimes, you could find 3 or even 4 videos a week, but something changed, and now, you get nothing new. The good news is that you have plenty of videos in the smoking goddesses category, but eventually, you'll run out of things to watch unless they start posting again.
Even though you won't find a login page here, it doesn't mean you'll get to watch all these videos for free. The only thing you'll get to do for free is browse the collection and watch some trailers. Apparently, Femdom HD doesn't offer streaming or downloading, so besides checking out some thumbnails and watching trailers, you won't be able to do much.
Downloading videos is done through WayShare, but you'll need a membership in order to do that. It's not cheap, and it doesn't come with any perks, so think twice before getting it. You can get a membership for the same amount of money on most porn sites, but I'm not sure how many of those sites offer smoking goddesses. Anyway, if you decide to become a member, you'll only be able to download videos because it doesn't seem like streaming is available here either.
