The user experience is great on both desktop and mobile. Reddit has an app that you can download. The app has all of the same features and is just as usable as the main site. There are ads on Reddit, but they are pretty discreet. Ads usually pop up as posts in your main feed. No big banners, no pop-ups, no redirects. My favorite feature that is unique to this subreddit is the verification system they have in place. Lots of other subs don’t have any sort of quality control features and it results in shitty content that you could see anywhere else. A feature worth mentioning about reddit, in general, is the upvote and downvote system. On most sites, you can rate content, but it doesn’t amount to much. On Reddit, votes matter a great deal. The more upvotes you have the more Karma you get. Karma is basically brownie points that shows that you are a good poster. The more votes your post has the higher up on the front page of that individual subreddit it will be. Some subs require you to have a certain amount of Karma before you can post, and you can earn that karma by posting comments. If people like your comment or think it’s funny, then you will usually get some upvotes. If it’s a troll comment or inflammatory then it’ll likely get downvoted. The more downvotes a comment has the less likely it is to be seen. Comments with a ton of downvotes are actually minimized so other users don’t have to deal with their bullshit.

Usually, I would have some suggestions for the site or page here, but they are doing everything right here. Plus, being a subreddit limits what they can do anyway.
