There used to be a time when I would fucking hate my life every time I ended up on iWank.tv because instead of offering some great porn, they were just full of ads and nothing else. That was a long time ago, and if I remember correctly, it was around the same time this site came online for the first time. The best part is that a lot more stuff is coming, but I can’t tell you how much stuff is getting uploaded daily because that depends on a couple of different sites, and not just one.
Whether they add just a couple of videos daily or upload a few dozen, the important thing is that they keep posting new stuff every single day. If you scroll through their collection, you’ll see that there hasn’t been a break in quite a while! So, let’s see what the deal is with this place.
41.000+ videos
You just can’t look at this collection and say that it’s small. There aren’t a lot of places that offer more than 41.000 doctor videos, but as I have told you before, the reason for that is pretty obvious. When it comes to sorting options, you’ll only get a few options. To be more precise, you’ll have only 4 sorting options, and that’s pretty much all you’ll get from the help.
By default, you’ll see the most popular videos first. I suggest you leave it that way because you’ll end up with stuff that’s usually good. Obviously, some of these videos might not be to your liking, but that’s understandable. Even if you don’t like all of these videos, you’ll find something worth watching in a few minutes!
I forgot to tell you that doctor isn’t actually a category here. It’s just one of the keywords. That said, you’ll be able to look for multiple keywords, but I’m not sure if you’ll actually narrow the search. If you don’t know what to look for, just take a look at some of the tags below these scenes, and I’m sure you’ll figure it out.
Now, the thing I didn’t want to tell you right away was that looking for more than one tag will actually display more videos. Basically, you’ll see all videos that include either one of the things you looked for, so instead of looking at 40k videos, you might end up with twice as many if you look for something else besides doctor.
You can clearly tell that this is just a porn aggregator because it’s not user-friendly. Sure, the site uses a dark background, which is good, but that’s all you’ll get from this place. I would appreciate a couple of extra features a lot more than a dark theme, but I guess that’s not up to me to decide.

All you have to do is click on a video, and you might get to watch it. I have no idea where you’ll end up, but I know that you’ll be able to press play without creating an account. The quality of these videos varies, but most of the stuff seems to be in HD. Okay, most of the stuff I checked had the little HD watermark in the top right corner, but considering there are a lot of videos, I can’t tell how many of them are in HD.
One thing I can tell you is that if you stick with videos that have an HD watermark, you’ll end up with videos that look good. These might not be 4K videos, but you’ll get to see 720p videos at least. Oh yeah, that reminds me. You won’t be able to tell the difference between HD and Full HD videos before opening them. Even then, you might not be able to do it.
Depending on the site you get redirected to, you might get to see all available resolutions, but you might just get to watch in one resolution, and that’s it. Let's just hope that you stick to videos that are in HD, and you won’t have much to worry about.
As far as the length of these videos goes, you’ll get to watch videos that last a few minutes, but you’ll also find a lot longer videos. One of the sorting options lets you choose between long and all videos. There are over 10k long videos, but I’m not sure what the limit is for a long video. I’ve seen some videos that last 17 minutes, so it’s definitely not the 20-minute mark. If I had to guess, I’d say that all videos that last more than 10 minutes will end up here.
Even though this will help, it would still be better to actually choose the length you’re interested in. A lot of sites let you choose between 5+ minutes, 10+ minutes, and 20+ minutes videos. That's all we’re asking for, but I guess it’s too much for a site like iWank.
The reason why I wasn’t talking too much about what’s happening in these videos is pretty obvious. You’ll get to see both guys and girls dressed as doctors doing all kinds of things. There’s no doubt that you’ll see a lot of sucking, fucking, cumshots, masturbation, and a lot of other things.
