The site I’m looking at today is called PornWorks, which begs the question: how exactly does porn work? I would have answered differently a decade ago when I started ThePornDude. “Porn works by using pictures to trick the lizard part of your brain,” I’d tell them. “That reptilian complex thinks it’s time to breed and sends chemical signals to your dick, making it hard and extra sensitive, and then offers some visual stimulation while you stroke that thing.” This is how porn has worked since the first caveman carved a sloppy pair of boobies onto a rock inside a cavern somewhere, but the technological marvels we’ve seen over the last year may have turned smut into something else entirely.

Some of you may have guessed what I’m hinting at, but PornWorks.ai isn’t another generic one-trick AI sex pony. Their site rolls a handful of adult-oriented, AI-powered services into one convenient platform, so you don’t have to sign up for a bunch of sites just to take full advantage of everything AI has to offer. There’s more to cover here than we usually see, so I’m going to get right into it. If you’re in a rush for the scoop, the current spread of features includes photo undressing, face swapping, upscaling and pic/video generation with custom characters.

Let’s Undress Some Babes

I tried PornWorks.ai’s instant nudifier first. Their machine detects clothing automatically, saving you a step compared to the platforms that make you highlight the clothing yourself. I uploaded a photo of Gracie Gates that I took a couple weeks ago when she came by for our PornDudeCasting scene. She’s already smoking hot in the original photo, wearing just a PornDude tee from the PornDudeShop and a pair of pink panties that matches her hair.

The app took a few seconds to look at the pic after I uploaded it, then made me click on a disclaimer agreeing I wouldn’t do anything sketchy. I’d already noticed the site is a little louder than most about using their AI responsibility, which I think is the right approach. I’m still worried some asshole might be able ruin the whole niche for everybody.

PornWorks isn’t the fastest undresser out there, but my deepfake of Gracie was ready in about three minutes. That’s way faster and easier than the old cut-and-paste method of making fake nudes, and the results are much better, too. They gave her a neat little bush instead of the full shave you’ll see on my website, but that sure as hell looks like her body underneath the clothes!

Swapping Pretty Faces into Dirty Movies

The Porn Works face swapper can swap lovely mugs into both still photos and videos. Putting a new face into an existing photo feels a little old hat at this point, but I immediately gravitated toward the moving pictures. I started with another PornDudeCasting photo, this time uploading Tessa Thomas’s pretty face into their machine. I was surprised when the sample pic immediately transformed into a babe who looked just like Tessa.

Turns out, there’s a small catch. That sample wasn’t just a sample; it’s one of the video templates you can put a new face into. They have a nice collection of short clips you can use, but unfortunately, you can’t bring your own source videos to the party just yet. Some of the other platforms already have this feature, so PornWorks.ai is lagging a little behind. If you’re only working with still images, you can swap faces into anything.

The good news is that the results are fucking great. The pre-selected videos do make for a lower error rate than fully custom pornos, and PornWorks even gives you a few different options as far as quality, price and speed. I sprang for the top-shelf shit and it still only took a few minutes to generate. Tessa’s a black chick and the gal with the sex toys was Asian, and my new Frankenstein babe is a gorgeous, exotic, realistic babe laughing as she shows off her playthings.

No Shit, It Does Animations Too?

Porn Works has one of the more advanced image generators I’ve gotten to play with recently. It’s largely prompt-based, so you can simply type your request into the box, but they’ve got more options than most of adult AI image generators. I didn’t mess with any of the special stuff when I made my first request for a “realistic pair of hot chicks, big tits, naked on a city street in the daytime”. The pic took a few minutes to process, longer than average, but I’m planning on whacking off to it later.

I was excited to see an animation option beneath the prompt, because it’s still a real rarity on these platforms. The ones I’ve tried weren’t always great, but the thing about AI is that it’s developing fast enough to watch happen from week to week. I flipped the Animation switch and ran my first request again.

The result was a surreal but fully fapworthy mp4 depicting exactly what I’d asked for. The shapely naked women are standing at the edge of the street, swaying a little bit as their boobs jiggle and cars pass in the background. It’s only a few seconds long, looping forwards and backwards. Looking at the quality of the clip, I know it won’t be long before we can make actual sex videos using AI. I seriously can’t wait.

The Porn Works porn generator also has a library of templates you can apply to your creations. I tapped the doggystyle tag, which brought up a whole page of LoRA templates, complete with sample pics. I clicked one called Fucked Silly From Behind and applied it to my original request. The pic that came out shows a gorgeous naked babe on all fours like in the sample image, but there’s nobody nailing her from behind. She’s just kneeling in the street, showing off that bod to all the bystanders walking around in the background.

The pic was already worth busting out the lube for, but Porn Works can also upscale images to a crisp 4K ultra-HD. All I had to do was click the 4K button, and just a few minutes later, I had an even clearer version of my public exhibitionist. I wish I lived in a city like hers!

Custom Pornstars with Custom Faces

One of my very favorite features of the PornWorks image generator is that you can create your own custom characters. They don’t have the advanced body modeling I’ve seen a time or two around the web, but you can upload your own faces to use in your instant pics and custom nude animations. When I made my way to the Characters page, I saw they’d already begun building my little cast of characters; Tessa and Gracie were both waiting for me.

This feature should be way more common across the whole niche, but I suspect the credit card processors sometimes put AI sites into a separate deepfake category when they see it. I’ve seen other sites drop the feature or severely cripple it; one of my favorite early nudie makers went SFW shortly after integrating custom faces, making the credits I paid for almost worthless. Hopefully that doesn’t happen here.

I got rid of the LoRA template but asked PornWorks once again for a couple naked chicks in the street, this time using Tessa as my custom character. The nude duo who appeared did resemble my costar, but I got the feeling I’d have even better luck with a tighter headshot. After uploading a close-up of my friend’s face, their AI delivered what might be my favorite creation of the day. “Well, I wish my tits really look like that,” was the real babe’s only comment on the pic.

The very name of PornWorks.ai suggests a big-ass industrial complex banging out all kinds of masturbatory content, and you know what? That’s basically what it is. They’ve got more AI-powered features than almost any other platform on the market, and each of those features is more powerful than you’d typically expect elsewhere.
