I think we can all agree, that 2020 was an absolutely abysmal year for all of us for one reason or a goddamn other. One of the best ways to pass the time and deal with the stress was to check out some sweet smut online. Of course, the industry suffered like everyone else, but still, porn performers and producers powered through and brought us a whole bunch of fresh smut. And on the 23rd<\/sup> of January 2021, some of the best in the business gathered to celebrate their wonderful work.<\/p>\n

Last year, I did a write-up<\/a> on my predictions as to who would win what in several of the categories. So, it only makes sense now that the show has passed to do a follow-up.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne of the most gorgeous blondes to get into porn, Kayden Kross<\/strong>, has sadly retired\u00a0from performing in front of the camera. However, two good things have happened in recent years. For one, former mainstream actor Maitland Ward is now doing porn, and she looks fucking awesome.<\/em><\/p>\n

Examples include foot fucking, as can be seen in Foot Art by 21 Naturals. That\u2019s also the same award-nominated studio that did the intergenerational flick Grandpas vs Teens. Since it is a parody of the Paranormal Activity<\/em> and The Exorcist <\/em>the special effects are more on the subtle side, but they are used effectively. So, instead of a Michael Bay-style series of explosions, imagine something more like a David Lynch flick where the effects are carefully woven into the film.<\/p>\n

Except, you know, with a lot more seductive dialogue and lesbian fucking.<\/p>\n

By the way, while I could only fit so many awards predictions on the prequel to this blog, I should point out that this movie has won another award, “Best All-Girl Movie Or Anthology” just in case you need even more incentive to check this skin flick out.<\/p>\n

The clever title of the year<\/h2>\n

Had two predictions for this one and missed them, in both cases. But I did get a good chuckle when I looked at this title. As good as I\u2019m Not That Kind of Girl Unless You\u2019re My Brother <\/em>is, you gotta admit that this title is pretty lulzy.<\/p>\n

By the way, this is one of the few winners this year and the only one on this blog that is a virtual reality experience. So, that’s a sweet bonus to my mind.<\/p>\n

Trans performer of the year<\/h2>\n

Having won an impressive seven fan awards, not to mention well over a dozen others from AVN, it only makes sense in hindsight that she would be the winner for this particular award this year. Another reason why this makes sense is that Kate has not been pigeonholed to just niche trans porn, but she\u2019s also broken well into the mainstream. For instance, she\u2019s filmed with Adriana Chechik, Lance Hart, and Kenzie Taylor \u2013 not to mention the fact that she\u2019s filmed with fellas who normally get naked with other guys like Colby Jansen.<\/p>\n

Perhaps the most impressive career achievement to me is the fact that she’s starred in the always popular Axel Braun XXX parody movies.<\/p>\n
